Jerald said he took his vehicle in to get a ton of work that was needed. They fixed it, he picked it up, but then he had to bring his vehicle back in to get more work done. He was under the impression that when he went in the first time that would be the only visit, but after initially paying over $6,000 and then having to pay an additional $1,000 when he came back in, didn't make him feel great. He was happy with the work, though.

Courtney said they had good customer service and it didn't take really long to fix her vehicle. They informed her of when she could pick up her vehicle and even offered to take her home if needed. It was a really good experience.

Randy said he is a straight up, honest mechanic who fixes it right and guarantees his work. He goes out of his way for his customers. He even has picked his vehicle up when he needed him to. Mario really helped his daughter out when he fixed her vehicle, when another mechanic had done the repair wrong and she almost got in a bad accident. Everyone is really happy with the service.

Spoke with Trenessa. She said they were wonderful. The communication was great, and their staff went over and above. They kept her informed and they were really good people to work with. They performed the service in a very timely manner and she appreciated the service they provided.
