My 26 year old son bought his first truck, 95 F350. He bought it with his own money and has to pay for any repairs with his own money as well. His truck was hard shifting and after taking it to Global on a recommendation and explaining the situation, Randy was unable to locate exact issue with monitors but he and the lead tech were pretty positive a throttle sensor and gasket would fix the issue. It did. They could have just told my son he needed a complete rebuild which would have broken him financially and emotionally. Global has our business for life now.
