EXCELLENT SERVICE WITH AMAZING SPEED. I AM SOOOOO SHOCKED THAT I DIDN'T HAVE TO WAIT HOURS FOR MY SERVICING. UNBELIEVABLE THAT I DIDN'T HAVE TO SIT FOR HOURS IN A DIRTY MECHANIC SHOP! I WAS IN AND OUT WITH THE QUICKNESS. THANK YOU FOR WONDERFUL SERVICES
RAUL AND DONNIE ARE EXCELLENT MECHANICALS. THEY KNOW HOW TO REPAIR ANY CARS. I CAME IN WITH A PROBLEM AND LEFT WITH IT FIXED. THEY ARE KIND AND PROFESSIONAL WORKERS.
I took my 2019 Mazda CX-5 there for a break change and a rear break light change. The staff was very friendly and got me in quickly. They explained the services clearly and provided a detailed quote beforehand. The work was done efficiently, and my car is running smoothly. The shop was clean and well-organized. I was impressed with their professionalism and fair pricing. I would definitely recommend the Global Motors Garage for anyone looking for reliable car maintenance shop.
I've used them to service all three of our vehicles for years. Competitive pricing, great mechanics and quick turnarounds. Services completed include synthetic oil changes, transmission flush, brake pads/rotors replacement and full suspension replacement. Highly recommend this garage.
I would not recommend this shop to others. I paid for a Groupon for brake pad replacements. Instead of first doing a proper inspection and letting me know that the rotors also needed to be replaced, the mechanic still replaced the pads instead of rescheduling me when all parts were available. He indicated that “the rotors were beyond salvage” but still changed all four pads? It lacked integrity and no proper mechanic should have sent a customer back onto the road once they’ve noticed the conditions of the brakes. Despite that, the work was done quickly. However, I will be not be returning.

I'm sorry to hear that, Ma'am. Our staff told you before putting on the new brake pads that one rotor needs to be replaced. We asked if you wanted to replace it, but you said no. Sorry about your time in the shop.
