Sheila said she didn't have the repair done at the Greenwood Village location but did have it done at another Global Collision in Parker City. She rated her experience a 1 because of the bad treatment she received when she went in for the appointment. She made the appointment but it was not recorded. When she showed up, the person made her feel like she had just shown up out of the blue and started a confrontation with her. He even threatened her and basically told her that if she left her vehicle, it would be damaged. He treated her disrespectfully and was way out of line and out of control. She said she talked to the manager and had a talk with this person. She would not recommend them for the reasons previously stated.
