Older car, non-car guy, not from the area and in need of major repair…recipe to be taken advantage of. We were staying close to Global so I brought my car in for help. It was hard for me to explain the “noise” but they worked with me and they listened to me and finally they identified the problem. Eric explained everything that was going on with the car and did so in a way that even I understood. It all made sense to a non-car guy like me. They provided me with a nice loaner car and in 2 days the problem was resolved. We are back on the road and will return whenever or wherever we are and need help again. I trust them, which is huge for me. Thanks to Eric, Michelle and the rest of the techs. Well done.
