I took my pick up truck there and they said that the engine went bad. I was going to have a tow truck pick it up. Ernesto, who claims to be the owner insisted that I fix it. He pro.ised an used engine with 70k miles that we was bringing from NJ. He said that the job was going to take about 3 weeks to be completed and that included the transportation time of the engine from NT to Naples, Florida. It has been over 2 months and they still have my pick up truck. The engine never came from NJ, it came from Miami and it came burned. Ernesto, does not want to give me back my 7000 deposit. He wants to put another engine and does not want to provide with shipping tracking. He said the new engine come September 5th from GA, but refuses gopro mode with tracking number. If he finally decides to comply, the time frame is over 3 months. This was supposed to be a 3 week job. He wants to steal my 7000 or else I have to buy the bullet with his company which is ZERO trustworthy.

A fix that No body wanted.
Had a Dodge Charger that spent two months in a bay. After the two months I got the car back and it wasn't fixed. I thought it would never be fixed. Had the car towed all the way to Naples. Took them 3 days at Global Autocare. Fixed and running like a gem. They were awesome!

Don’t Even Bother
The worst auto service I’ve ever received. Unprofessional and incompetent staff. Brought in a Chevy Impala and they didn’t perform proper diagnostics on it. Charged $800 saying they fixed the problem, we had to return two days later to find out they didnt fix the issue because they never found out what’s wrong with the car. Don’t come to this place, don’t waste your money and time.
I very much appreciate the friendly service from the staff on my visit!
Went in because my rear tire had a leak.
The job was completed on time and done well, and now I'm a happy customer.
