So grateful!!
Happy that I found this shop!! Thought I was facing huge repair costs, and it turned out that the prior shop had done a very poor job of unclogging my roof hoses around the sunroof. They corrected the problem with Integrity and honesty at a fair price. Can't recommend this shop enough to everyone ...

KC and his crew are experts in taking care of your vehicle and that is why my 2008 Hyundai Sonata still runs like new with 249,000 miles. When KC recommends what needs to be done on my cars, I listen! because he will never try to talk you into work that does not need to be done like dealerships do and to find an honest mechanic today is very hard to come by and that is why I have been bringing my car to KC and the Good reliable and honest work gives me comfort every time I bring my car to Global Auto Repair.

I cant speak highly enough about Global Auto. All of my vehicles are maintained and serviced by Global. I have never been more satisfied witha Auto repair shop. At age 67 I have dealt with many quality service repair centers and garages over the years. I can honestly say that Global is by far the most efficient, Honest and just a great place to do business with. They always go the etra mile for their customer to insure the work is perfect!!!!!

Good Place
-Guy on the phone was professional
-they remembered my appointment for that day
-they remembered what I needed to get done
-they asked if I had bought parts for them to use (nice option!)
-I told them to let me know if anything else looked like it needed work and they didn't take advantage of that
-work was completed in a reasonable amount of time

Not much more to say since this really all you need from a mechanic. Some of these things I shouldn't have to draw attention to- but these days it's the simple reliability and easy communication that shows quality and professionalism. Will be coming back.
