Took my 2012 4runner in to service a noise in the rear. The mechanic which road with me on a short road trip pin pointed the problem after 5 min. The triple shims were missing from the rear breaks. This is only available as a factory items. They contacted the shop where the original install was done, on my behalf for repair and replacment of factory item. No change, great customer service and knowledgeable staff. Referring them to friends and family for service. More importantly great people skills
Very friendly, informative and professional. Everything was explained to me with great detail and upfront pricing. They also did a wonderful job cleaning the engine after an oil leak made a mess. I will definitely come back for any repairs I may need in the future.

I was recommended Global by a friend when I moved back to Chicago and I absolutely love how they operate. They prefer an appt (perfect if you also need to plan to not have your car). Moody communicates very openly with me about what was urgent to repair and what could wait. I love that they keep a record of the work they’ve done for tracking purposes. Prices are reasonable as well.
