The technician really educated me concerning the entire process of getting the glass replaced! He was very helpful and seemed like he enjoyed what he was doing! He was very helpful, I would recommend him to anyone! He gave me assurance that he would take care of everything! All of the customer care reps helped to make sure that everything was taken care of. It was excellent service!

Great job! Called the Charleston office to get the windshield replaced on my Son's truck who is in college in Florence, SC, they set it all up and scheduled a tech to work with my Son's baseball/class schedule. Made him happy happy happy !!!!

No issue with the service, but a minor issue with the glass itself. There is a rainbow effect in the glass that cannot be seen from the inside but can be seen from the outside.
