Gillman Subaru N. Collision Center.
Overall satisfied with repair however my headlights were not adjusted and there was a major lack of communication from anyone at the collision center. When I called them the person could not find any record of my car even being there.

Excellent service and quality repair
Jocelyne Carrillo did an excellent job managing our car repair. She worked with our insurance and completed several updates for additional repairs and/or parts as the needs were discovered. She also made sure to use Subaru OEM parts whenever possible. Anytime I contacted her, she got back with me in a very timely manner. She was very easy to work with - polite and courteous throughout the process.

Great customer service
The customer service was wonderful and the repair work was done very well. The team kept me posted with frequent updates and they were very helpful with getting my car fixed as quickly as possible.

Excellent collision service
The staff at Gillman Collision Center are very friendly, courteous and efficient. There was a minor glitch in the procurement of parts but overall the quality of the job was verY excellent. I would highly recommend this collision center for any kind of car repair. Excellent job!!! My wife and I am very satisfied and we would like to express our hearfelt gratitude and sincerest appreciation to Ms. Michelle Parron, a team leader at Gillman Collision Center. Bravo,Michelle. Keep up the good work!!!
