I had been looking for a reliable and trustworthy auto service for quite a while. I usually ended up disappointed. I have used Gibbs now for at least three times and always leave there satisfied. Everyone there makes you feel comfortable. I fully expect to be using, and referring, them for a long time to come.
Gibbs caught my bad tires when I went in for an oil change and discovered they were the wrong size and bald. They were able to get me 4 great tires, fix a tire sensor and oil change having me drive away in a very smooth running new car! I couldn't believe it was mine it drove so smooth..... Thank you Gibbs Garage!!!
This place is great, and Hector is the best he is very respectful and knowledgeable. To top it off pricing was reasonable. I have already started recommending Gibbs to individuals. Use them you won't be sorry.
This was my first visit to Gibbs Automotive they came highly recommended I received updates about my vehicle and received it as they scheduled it would be ready. I was surprised that they do not offer a military discount for those who have serviced.
