We ended up in a rather interesting situation where both of our vehicles required urgent repairs in the same week. Gibb's Automotive was kind enough to squeeze us into their busy schedule and efficiently got us back on the road. Their communication was delightful, and their facility offers after-hour drop-off, which was incredibly convenient given our work schedule. We wholeheartedly endorse their services.
My radiator went down in the heat on June 25, 2025. AAA towed my vehicle to Gibbs Automotive. This was my first time using this repair shop. I received a telephone call with an hour, letting me know my tow had arrived at their shop. Later on in the day a gentle called, and told me what the diagnosis was. On June 26, 2025, Gibbs Automotive had fixed my radiator, and my 2 lug nut stems for me. I didn’t expect this fast turn around, but I thank them for getting back up, and running. Keep up the good work!
