I had been a customer of Ghosein's for almost 20 years. Over that time the service was fast and pricing was fair. He was good guy and honest guy. However, my most recent experience is something I have never experienced in my life. Ahmed recently had my car for over 1 year. Once I finally got it back after 20 trips to his shop from Bridgeport, over 50 calls and numerous text messages-- I finally got my car just the engines lights were now on. It would not pass inspection time and time again. He finally had it sent to BMW to redo the engine work he had done. Then it was more of an issue for him pay the BMW invoice. My car was at BMW for another month. He constantly gave and continues to give excuses of why cars not being repaired. I personally have heard these conversations and complaints from other customers the many times I was there. I also personally know 3 other individuals that was having issues with their mechanic-- when we started asking each other questions-- where is the shop, what's the name of the shop, the name of the Owner--- it was all Ghosein's auto repair. He should be honest and say what he can and cannot do. Please read other similar reviews. I would not take any of my cars or anyone I know if my life depended on it. You have been warned!!!!!!

PLEASE READ!!!!SAVE YOUR TIME AND PIECE OF MIND!

Arma said it was a really quick turnaround time for the repair of her vehicle and it was a great price. She appreciates Ahmad being extremely friendly and she appreciates the quick return of her vehicle. She had a death in the family and needed her vehicle, he was empathetic, which helped take some of the stress off.
My family has been coming here for years. I brought my car in for service because of a coolant system leak. Ahmed did not disappoint. I dropped my car off at 9 a.m., and he called to let me know it would be ready by 4 p.m. The pricing was reasonable, and I am always satisfied with his service. I won't take my car anywhere else.
Sarah said she got very good service, they got everything done in the same day. They did an excellent job, he took care of everything. No problems with her vehicle, and everything worked out fine. The gentleman was very courteous to her and her husband.
