I have been dealing with this dealership over 7 years as a customer. I couldn't ask for a better team to assist me in my maintenance needs. I have since became an employee of this company in my retirement. The new Service Manager Don is not the right fit for this company. They (Gettel) needs to reassess who the put in charge of the service division. He is toxic to the company. I myself have been a service manager for over 15 years. This man is not a service manager and is causing chaos within this organization. I will say the new Lane Manager Ryan was a great decision, he is a huge asset to the company
