Best place around! I love it here!
I’ve been a customer for the past 7 years. This place is my only go to place. I won’t go anywhere else. Josh is trustworthy, honest, extremely knowledgeable, and kind. The technicians out back do top notch work and my car has been returned back to me better than when I dropped it off. They’ve even washed it for me a couple times! Under the new ownership everything seems to be the same just LOWER PRICES! In the past when it was Mechanics Direct my repair bills used to be pretty high but I stayed because the quality of work they provided. The building is nicely painted and they have a waiting room again!! Haven’t been able to wait for my car ever since Covid. The TV is a nice touch and Josh showed me how to work everything. I enjoyed a nice up of coffee from their coffee bar and watched “Live with Kelly and Mark”. This place is amazing and won’t go anywhere else. Thank you Josh and the crew at Gervais Auto Exchange !
