I understand how frustrating and inconvenient this situation has been. When we inspected the vehicle, we found the blower motor to be the issue. Based on the information available, it was working at the time of the original inspection prior to sale.
After speaking with Tony, the Sales Manager, he confirmed that the sales department was willing to cover the repair (approx $1400), with a $100 deductible per the purchase agreement. After your conversation with him, I was advised the deductible would still apply.
When we spoke afterward, you asked us not to proceed with the repair, so no work was done.
I completely understand your frustration. I just want to clarify that the repair was approved, pending the $100 deductible.
