This is the second time I have had to bring my car in to be fixed and shane is always so nice. I'm a girl who knows nothing about cars (gas and get the oil changed is about my knowledge haha) he always helps me out and doesn't make me feel dumb. He was also very patient with my grandma who can talk and talk and talk that right there is a bonus in my book :) I do and always will recommend!!
