Excellent service and work! 2021 custom Sprinter Van
The customer service and work and shop there’s all top-notch. It’s definitely a place you won’t mind taking your expensive European car. The shop is clean. The office is clean and everybody is very interested in making sure that the job goes well and the work is done well. I really like that. They took photos of the work that needed to be done and made those photos part of the estimate so you could see the condition and the shape things were in. Will bring our other Mercedes-Benz SUV back too!

The service done on the vehicle was well done and on time and the vehicle was clean after it was do e.
I never have any problem about appointment and price. Everything is written and tell you what it cost and after the vehicle was looked at you get a list of future recommendations and or a problem they see that need to be considered for the future. Very knowledgeable, friendly and attention to detail. Been using them for over 4 years now and never have a problem about work done and or warrenty.

Staff was diligent, understanding and professional.
The experience was great. The staff were polite. I had to wait for a while due to the nature of the repair; however time went by fast due to the positive atmosphere.

Excellent Service by an Exceptional Business
I had a problem with my 2014 Mercedes Sprinter that left it immobile. I worked directly with the owner who happened to be at the front desk when I arrived. The shop was extremely busy which I take as a testament to their reputation. They knew exactly what needed to be done and made time for me immediately, in spite of their full schedule. Their staff was busy working on several beautiful Porsche, BMW, and Mercedes vehicles and I knew i had come to the right place. Thank you Louis! You solved my Sprinter's issues in far less time than I expected and with more expertise than the dealership!

Luis was very positive about being able to fix an ongoing wiring issue. He had the car for a few days and managed to solve the mystery problem. Car works great. Would recommend for complex European cars.
