My car, which is a BMW 128I convertible 2012 has been serviced here for I would say at least maybe five years. They replaced a transmission for me in 2022. It is still going strong my baby unfortunately it’s nearing the end of her time. She’s starting to require more work and they are very transparent about what they can do and they set realistic expectations. As a woman this gives me a sense of security . By the way my car has over 197,000 miles and I attribute that to the service I have received here.
