I went to them to check my AC on my Audi as it stops blowing air at times, and they were not able to diagnose the problem. They charged me for over $300 for a scan and recommended unnecessary service to replace the battery and retest. To me that is a wild goose chase experiment without a clear plan to fix the problem. A proper team would test the battery to see that it works correctly or use a different battery temporarily to see if the issue clears.
