Craig from German Auto Repair took my call, listened very patiently and provided all the information I was looking for immediately, about an engine code. The estimate was reasonable and I ended up taking my car the next morning, to the shop for an ignition coil replacement. He was very professional and they serviced my car within a few hours. No pressure to do any extra work and did not push me for unwanted repairs. They did exactly what I asked them to do. I am very pleased and recommend them wholeheartedly!
