Farmers insurance sent my car to this shop what a nightmare. it took 30 days to fix. When I picked up my Lexus the radio did not work & GPS screen is scratched/ damaged. I took it into the Lexus dealer the next day for an oil change. They took a look at radio & GPS and said when cleaned by Gerber they damaged both items by using wrong cleaning solutions and harsh cleaning. they also told me my wheel was never replaced just simply switched sides and polished. I meet with the shop manager 3 weeks ago so he could see the damage. He said he would discuss with regional manager and get back to me. To this day I have not heard back. What they did not count on is I am an attorney. See Yelp history!
