DON'T TRUST GERBER COLLISON! YOU NEVER EVEN ATTEMPTED TO CALL BEAR RIVER MUTUAL INSURANCE! YOU NEVER EVEN CONTRACTED THEM. They had my car for 5 days! In all that time they never got the insurance payment settled. They call Mr at 4:10pm on Friday to tell me "Your car is all ready to be picked up!" I GET TO THE SHOP AND STILL HAVE NOT HEAR FROM BEAR RIVER. DESPITE CORBIN TELLING ME " DON'T WORRY ABOUT THE PAYMENT, WE WILL GET PAID FROM THE INSURANCE DIRECTLY. Your Manager comes out and raises his voice at me multiple times "YOU ARE NOT GETTING YOUR CAR TODAY. WE ARE NOT RELEASING YOUR CAR! HOPE YOU GOT A RIDE....SO MY CAR GETS TO SIT IN YOUR PARKING LOT ALL WEEKEND BECAUSE CORBIN DID NOT GET THE MONEY FROM BEAR RIVER LIKE HE SAID HE WOULD.
