Gerber was prompt to reach out and schedule my car for an estimate. At the time of the edtimate I was provided with the estimator’s inpection results and specific recommendations gor a complete repair, in-person as we walked around the car, and in writing. A ride had been arranged to take me directlyto the rental car office immediately after dropping my car off for repairs. The work was completed eithin the estimated time frame, and it looks as good as “new”. There were no suptises or disappointments to speak of.
