Amazing attention to detail, empathy and expert advice
On today's episode of WTF Auto edition we have a 20 yo Hyundai Sonata with multiple co-morbidities/issues and an owner debating the virtues of repairs vs. replacement. The team at Genin's provided outstanding perspectives after an extensive and detailed inspection and offered a comprehensive list of pros and cons as well as cost:benefit analyses for each repair. Moreover, they provided a very important prioritization of each repair and how each one would impact the other both in the short term and longer terms, especially as relates to the idea of possible vehicle replacement. I felt truly appreciated as a customer and that the Genin's team was very sympathetic to issues of cost, convenience and automotive needs. The work was expertly done in a timely fashion and for a very reasonably price. Truly an outstanding team with whom to collaborate in addressing your automotive needs. Very very highly recommend!
