My brakes went out in my jeep. Luckily it was near Genin’s. I told them there were many things wrong with it. They did inspection of the brakes and didn’t come up with a laundry list of stuff I already knew about. They quoted me the cost and what it could end up being. My car was a can of worms. I decided it was time to get rid of it. They could have made me tow it off the lot. They could have charged me for each day it was on the lot. They didn’t. Maybe an exception not a rule, as their lot wasn’t as full as it can get in winter-they told me. Two weeks later the charity sent a wrecker, I met them there and they took the vehicle. Thank you Genin’s. You helped keep my stress at a manageable level. 🙂
