Don’t be fooled….this is a Hyundai dealer and the shopping experience reflects that very well. I guess enough Pallisades sold at $10k over gets them the privilege of trying the same with a couple Genesis. Stay away if you are an educated consumer because you will get ZERO transparency from them. I brought them a deal from an ACTUAL and proper Genesis dealer and was made to feel like an asshole for trying to negotiate the same offer. I’ll be buying at that dealer (15 miles away) when the color I want arrives in 2 weeks. If not for Thomas the salesman, this would be a 1 star review. Thomas, you’re a gentleman. Have your manager call me if he is curious which dealer is going to get my business.
My salesman Bryan was extremely helpful and explained everything about my new genesis GV70. Paper work went quick and easy I was in and out in less than and hour. The sales manager Eric was also great thank you guys for me new vehicle. I will recommend my friends and family to come get a car from you guys.???
Genesis is a luxury brand but sales experience leaves much to be desired. When I declined some additional amenities/contracts they again appeared in my final sales documents so be aware. The prep on my new Car was the equivalent of a waxing... tags all over the seat and glovebox still present plastic still covered many items in and outside of vehicle a sticker still on the car roof. I absolutely love my new Genesis but I hated the sales experience. Back and forth to manager for every little ok. I made it clear from the start I don’t play that game.... be well prepared they will do it anyway . I suspect They will tell you you must use Genesis financing ... as they told me...be prepared for that too.

I deliberately waited until the end of the model year, with the 2021s already listed as incoming, to purchase a 2020 G70. I went to two dealers, before deciding to purchase a car located at Genesis of Woodbridge. I had several sets of numbers from Edmunds.com, TruCar, and one of the dealers, so I felt fairly confident that I would get a very good deal on the car I had picked. I went through some of the numbers with the salesman and he said he could match the price I had gotten from another dealer, who did not have a color/feature combination that I wanted. The appraisal of my low-mileage, two-year old trade-in took well over an hour due to "computer problems" and by the time I got to the finance guy, I really just wanted to finish up and leave. That was when I found out that I was not negotiating the total price, but a price that did not include $995 for Freight & Handling. In other words, I should have gotten the salesman to write and sign the deal before I went into the Finance Office. Bottom line was that I got an OK deal, not the great deal I thought I had negotiated. If I ever buy another Genesis, it will be from a different dealer, I will order it with the features and in the color I want, and will only put a deposit down if I can get the Total Price in writing.
How easy everything was handled. I would definitely buy again from Sansone Hyundai. I already sent my friend to the dealership to buy her next car there.
