Not only was my car buying experience great at Genesis of Westlake. It was great to know that I'm still treated with courtesy and professionalism like a VIP customer when I brought in my Genesis for its first service. I appreciate that a loaner was provided while my car was in service. My service advisor Brenda was great from when I arrived for my appointment to when my car was ready. Genesis of Westlake is 40 minutes away from our home, but I'm more willing to bring our Genesis cars for service at this stand-alone Genesis of Westlake dealership versus a combo Hyundai/Genesis closer to home. The customer service and ownership experience has been on par with what you would expect from a premiere luxury car dealership like Genesis of Westlake.
