Genesis of Western Branch Service has been prompt and professional but problem still exists
Their Service has been prompt and professional. The Valet service and Free maintenance are great. However, my G70 still has a rattle in the sunroof they have been unable to resolve and the "Dark Chrome" continues to water spot and stain. This may be more of a Genesis G70 Quality issue than a dealership issue but hey …. they are marketing and selling these as luxury vehicles at a substantial price. I expect more.

I truly would recommend anyone to visit this branch. The Sales and Service Department are awesome. They are always professional and work with you to get what's best for you. They go above and beyond each and every time I have been there and I've been there quite a few times recently.

Annual Maintenance
The Service Department was very busy so the service took around two and a half hours. Everything that had to be checked and serviced was checked. Brandon the Service Tech was courteous, informative and prompt.

SERVICE MANAGER - DISAPPOINTMENT
In the previous visits to this dealership, service has been good however, I am very disappointment by the unprofessional service of the service manager. I have tried to contact the service manager concerning service for my vehicle to no avail. I have been lied to about certain services for my vehicle that was not perform but the invoice stated otherwise. I was expecting the valet to give me an overview of service that was perform on my vehicle but that did not happen either. If you are not going to return calls then I suggest you not voice that statement on your voicemail. This was TRULY a DISAPPOINTING service call for me.
