The management of Genesis of Tulsa is the worst of the worst!! Wish I would have read the reviews before I bought a car from them! Bought an insurance policy that did not cover what I was told it did! Did not get all my money back! I called David Skinner head of the finance department 4 times and visited the dealership to talk to managers Derek and Daniel. Totally ghosted!! No return phone calls and in person meeting they were RUDE AND ARROGANT. At this point it’s not about the money but the lack of customer support and care! They were horrible! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!
