Do not expect any resemblance of customer service from their service advisors, Clay in particular. My G80 was at their facility for 2 months. While the delay was not all their fault, the communication was HORRIBLE!! When I did finally pick up my car, it still had issues. I returned to the dealership and was told they had done all they would do. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!
