Advisor Clay Mayberry and his assistant (broken English) took care of a simple oil change on our 2020 G70 and found a damaged tire/rim during their inspection after completing the task. Clay brought us back to the bay and showed us the damage. We were fortunate of their thoroughness because we were unaware our tire was damaged (maybe from hitting pothole) and feel they saved us from a likely wreck, hurting ourselves and/or others. Both gentlemen were knowledgeable, courteous, respectful and professional.
