First of all I needed was to pick up my license plates and registration sticker for a vehicle I had bought at this location. A freind of mine was going to pick them up for me so I needed to make sure the dealership knew his name and there were no problems. I advised the receptionist about my request. She advised me that my salesman was the person who could help me with the license plates and she would relay my request and the name of my friend to the salesman. Hours later when my friend advised me he was on his way to the dealership, I immediately contacted the dealership to make sure everything was set. This time I called my salesman,Daniel, who advised me he knew nothing about my request and he was not the person to release the plates/sticker. He directed me to the cashier. I called the receptionist hoping to get connected with the cashier. I mentioned she hadn’t relayed the information to Daniel and I needed to contact the cashier. She started giving me some excuse for not doing it. I immediately asked for a supervisor. The female supervisor answers and as I was in a crowded room and trying to explain my situation, she rudely demanded that I not raised my voice to her! Believe me if I would have raised my voice everyone in her office would have heard me. I was just talking over the noice in the room (absolutely no yelling). I calmly again repeated my request as obviously I was fighting a losing battle since the beginning. I did say, “What’s going on over there?” “There’s no communication whatsoever.” She realized that she was wrong and talked to me calmly (sarcasm on her part). I now regret buying the vehicle from this dealership as I still have to take it for future service. ?
I would not recommend this dealership to anybody. These people are lacking customer service skills.
