From the time we walked in the door at Genesis of Richmond, we were welcomed by Ahdy Ibrahim most graciously. He asked the right questions about which car we were interested, style, color, interior, purchase or lease. We were shown several models of the GV70 that were on the showroom floor. Ahdy spent a good deal of time going over all our options, doing for a test drive while explaining all the features. On the day we picked up our new car, Ahdy had everything in order. Our car had been inspected, detailed and was ready. The entire process went very smoothly. Ahdy bent over backwards making sure that he had answered all our questions, he answered texts within one minute and were very attentive and polite. We so appreciate his kindness and his professionalism. His son, Fady, was equally polite and efficient while guiding us through all the legal documents. He was a 10 star just like his dad!
