I first found this dealership on-line and began talking to the employees over the phone and through e-mail. They understood that we live approximately 1 1/2 hours away from the dealership so they allowed us to take pictures of our car, sent the pictures through e-mail and we had a "ball park" quote before we ever left our home. When we returned to the dealership to take care of the paperwork (after we had agreed upon a price) they said the price had changed slightly, they had noticed that there was a $1000 incentive that had been overlooked and they applied that to our purchase price. They certainly didn't have to do that because we had already agreed upon the price, but they did. Obviously, that was a nice surprise. All in all we had a very good experience with Genesis of South Indy and would recommend this group of professionals to everyone.
