The service crew at Patrick Genesis of Schaumburg it top notch. From the Service Manager, Randy to my Service Writer, Ivan and the Technician that worked on my car, Dominic, this team is as good as you can get! Great communication and a comfortable process form beginning to end. I'll continue to bring my Genesis and my other Hyundai and my other family's vehicles to this dealership for service work.

Ventilated Seats
I doubt if it is designed to have seats that the temperature does not change. It is evident that there is an issue. There is no notable difference when it is on full or off!

Just being told that it has been repaired and is design this way insults my intelligence.
