Great Salesman, Horrible Finance Manager
My salesman, Hyrum, was great. Finding my vehicle and getting my trade-in valued was pretty straightforward and painless. I put down a deposit on my vehicle and secured my own financing. I waited for a month for the vehicle to arrive and was called down to the dealership to complete paperwork. After declining to purchase any of the b.s. upsell products, I was told that I could not take the vehicle home unless I let them run a credit check on me for "Identity verification" because my payment hadn't arrived from the bank yet. I made a 45 minute trip there and back only to return home empty-handed. After a few days I called in and was able to take my car home. I have never had thus happen to me in any of my previous vehicle buying experiences.
