The wife and I were in Roanoke looking to buy a new SUV for us. We decided to stop by Genesis of Roanoke Valley to see what they had. Upon arriving on the lot, we saw a vehicle that caught our eye, so we decided to take a closer look. We shortly met our salesperson, Jeremy Smith who was both friendly and professional and he proceeded to talk to us about the vehicle and all of it's features. After a test drive, we met with Jeremy and Larry Newsted, the Sales Manager and began the buying process. Everyone at First Team was professional and friendly and we highly recommend Jeremy and the team there at First Team Genesis of Roanoke Valley!

Personnel were really busy , probally short staffed on weekend.
I truly believe the sales people tried to do their best under the circumstances. It was on the weekend and very busy, the sales process took longer than expected. Was called with a follow up phone call with questions for the sales people and never received a call back.
