We booked directly with our sales person, Terry. He was very professional. Picked up our car at 7:29 - he was scheduled for 7:30. He left us a "loaner". He called when he was on his way to return our car and was very pleasant throughout our experience.

We have already recommended him and your company for a possible G automobile

Did they do all interval service work?
My Genesis was in for 24000 mi service interval. Part of the checklist is tire rotation and (I emphasized this item) a check of tire pressures since my dash computer indicated over-inflation on 2 tires. Upon service completion and my drive away, dash computer reported no change to the over-inflated pressures, meaning they did not do this item. What else didn't they do that I could not check?

Making an appointment is close to I possiblr
Once I was there, my service connecting rep was very nice.

I NEVER get offered the valet service or a car p, which was supposed to be one of the perks in buying a genisys

Poorly run service department
Almost impossible to make a service appointment by phone. Difficult to find a link for scheduling service on their website since it is dedicated almost entirely to sales. I have a Genesis in which routine maintenance is included for 3 years. I’d rather take it to Jiffy Lube than return here. I guess that is what they want.

Service dept understaffed and no way to schedule appointments
Tried multiple time to make an appointment, no one answers the phone and voice mail is full. Was told that they did not have staff to answer the phone. Finally got an appointment with the help of a very nice salesperson. I highly suggest you look elsewhere to purchase until they get their service situation figured out.

No customer service whatsoever for genesis, a luxury car wannabe.
No explanation of service performed. Waited 2.5 hours for recall fix and navigation check. Third time navigation was checked by you, and when we leave dealer, we have the same problem. The last time we left dealership, the navigation froze...again...brought it right back to dealer, and they said they saw it. Had to order part. Part never seemed to be available. When we brought it back for another service, warranty, check, we were told they did not see the freeze happen, and wouldn't authorize a new navigation system. Now, not only does it freeze up, it won't take voice commands. One heck of a way to treat genesis "luxury" (wanna- be)owners.
