Awesome!
I had a much better than expected experience at Genesis of Pottstown. Tiffany Seifert is personable, yet professional. She is a joy to work with. The process and interaction, from test drive to purchase was awesome and exciting, and yet, not unsettling…have no regrets about my GV80!

Great experience
I test drove a new GV70 while having my older Genesis serviced. I really liked the ride and features, but was early in my search and still wanted to shop around. Robbie Sadler (sales) did a great job of pointing out the key points of the GV70, but also letting me know what to expect with competitor cars. I looked around a few weeks and came back to the GV70. Overall it was a great purchase experience, I felt well-informed and treated well throughout. I highly recommend Genesis of Pottstown and Robbie in particular.

New GV70 Purchase
Good personal experience with Robbie Sadler. Test drove on a Saturday and purchased the following Wednesday. Relatively straight forward process. Even though this dealership is over an hour away from our home, we found what we wanted at Pottstown Genesis dealership.

Another great experience at Piazza Hyundai / Genesis
We have been customers at Piazza Hyundai since 2011. Our sales and service experience has always been excellent. My wife was interested in the new Genesis GV70. We did our research online and test drove probably the first one to arrive. My wife and I worked with Brandon Daub through the entire process and have worked previously with him with wonderful results. We had a number of questions which were answered completely and then we found the exact vehicle that she wanted at another dealership. Brandon got that vehicle brought in so that we could buy it. As expected, the process was quick and smooth. Quite happy with the new car and expect great service out of it.

bought a new 2022 Genesis GV70 at pottstown genesis-outstanding vehicle and Brandon Daub(sales) and the rest of the dealership personnel went out of their way to accomodate all my needs-requests ASAP making this vehicle purchase painless. Great dealership + staff!

We bought two cars
It was primarily my wife who was interested in a new car, I was planning on purchasing another Mercedes. After I saw the Genesis, I became very interested, and in the end, both of us ended up with a new car! Zack, the sales person was excellent, and I enjoyed meeting the finance manager as well; She handled the paperwork for the sale.

Clean and friendly
I viewed the genesis G80 on line and then checked to see if Pottstown Hyundai had stock and saw the one I liked. My wife and I decided to stop buy the dealer one day while we were out to take a test drive. They gave me the keys for a test drive and the rest is history. It’s a great car with loads of safety features and 21 speakers, which made me happy. I traded in a 2019 Lincoln MKZ. This out preforms the “Z”.

Low pressure Sales Team, friendly and knowledgeable. We were not looking to buy but the G70 was too great to resist. Entire transaction was efficient and we took delivery the next day.

From the time I entered the dealership through vehicle delivery, I was treated well. The dealership was very professional and helpful in my choice of the G70 and associated package options. They didn’t play games with pricing or trade-in value. The entire transaction was open and efficient.
