Good service department. Terrible sales department.
GV80 is overly complicated and received zero support from sales staff at PS Hyundai to help understand and learn. It is not user friendly, and is certainly not in any way comparable to our Mercedes in functionality. But it is very pretty…which in hindsight was a bad reason to purchase a vehicle.
However the service department was very efficient and friendly, and the valet service was seamless.

Amazement
My first experience with maintenance for my Genesis. We are low mileage users so only have the car maintained once a year. Appointment was easily made and day of service was handled with courtesy and professionalism. I was notified once that the car would soon be ready. The waiting area was comfortable and accommodating. Coffee was available. The service was prompt. When notified the car was ready I was shown the payment area. Upon presentation of the bill, I was amazed at how reasonable the cost was. Previous automobile was a Jaguar. I was never amazed at how reasonable the cost was!! Entering into the car found it to be clean inside and out. Total experience was A +. Kudos to Hyundai. Sonya

I am so impressed with the service experience I had with Genesis of Palm Springs. They brought a loaner G 80 to my home, picked up my car, AND brought me coffee! I have owned Mercedes, BMW, Porsche in the past, and never had an experience like Genesis of Palm Springs. I feel extremely spoiled, in a very good way.

Outstanding/Exceeded Expectations
I have been an Audi customer for the last 20 years. I recently purchased my first Genesis because I felt Audi had kept raising prices and lowering the quality of product and service. Genesis has exceeded my expectations regarding my decision to switch to a Genesis GV80 from Audi A7 and S5.

Great experience
Valet service was excellent! They were on time and didn’t take long to maintenance my vehicle and when they returned it they were right on time with great customer service. Also the valet vehicle was clean and fun. Lastly they washed our car before delivery which is always nice :)

wonderful Genesis Service
I live in Los Angeles and go to Palm Springs to my condo once or twice a month and had previously bought my 2021 Genesis G80 at Palm Springs Genesis. Thus, I take the opportunity to have my car serviced when in Palm Springs. My experience with Service agent Jena Porter was the best I have ever had . She was competent nice and took really good care of me and my car, had everything scheduled on time and told me exactly how long my service visit was gong to take while I waited in the customer lounge. Will only have my car serviced there in the future as a result of this outstanding service.

Only interested in a sale
I got a 5 minute review of the and was handed the keys. App never worked, I had to call Genisis. This was only a sales event for an $80,000 car. They should walk over to MBZ next to learn about customer buying experience.
