I appreciate the fact that there was no pressure from him to make a sale also his knowledge of my vehicle was great. Even though I had already did my own homework. I purchased this for my birthday. I still excited about this vehicle.
My Genesis Specialist Mark Rohler Went Above & Beyond To Assist Me. He Was Fully Knowledgeable About Every Minuscule Detail Regarding The Genesis Line. Other Staff Was Friendly & Accommodating In Directing Me Around The Dealership, As It Was My First Time There. Service Was Impeccable!!!

I found just the car I have been looking for , the negotiating was clear and to the point , the additional options as far as warranty add on’s were explained well with no pressure , the financial aspect was the same. I was done in great time.
Genesis G80. Amazing automobile, at a dealership that needs help. From start to finish, the worst buying experience in my life! They managed to turn an exciting buying process into a complete nightmare. The problem starts at the top. Salesman has tried to go above and beyond, with from my view, little support staff. Not to mention, finance manager hung up on me because he couldn’t get me what I needed to get a plate. He thought I Was being unrealistic with my expectations and attitude.
