With the help of Burl Franklin, I was practically in and out in record timing, during the purchase of my new GV80. Burl was very knowledgeable and helped me make an informed decision , on such an important purchase.
On July 13th 2020 I was driving out of town. I was traveling about 45 mph on a side road when the passenger side liner came off. I took pictures and texted to Paul in repair dept. I hit nothing and nothing was in the road. It also damaged the replaced bumper when it released. When I was advised there was a cost to liner number 9 I contacted customer service at the Corporate Office. I am waiting for a response.

Lost Liner
After both liners came off the car on 3010-2020 I was advised that the shocks were leaking and needed replaced. After review with Paul's warranty repair, only one was approved. During that visit another liner was replaced.

Lost Liner
After returning the Driver side liner and being advised it would be replaced. I again left the repair dept. Drove less than 1/2 mile and the Passenger side liner came out. Nothing was hit, nothing was in the street.

03-10-2020 I had the harness replaced. I noticed the liner was not properly installed. That was fixed after I pointed it out. I accepted the auto, drove less than 1/2 mile and the Driver wheel Liner fell out. I took the liner back and the Repair manager Paul said he would replace it.

Lost Liner
On 8-23-2019 I replaced my third liner with a cost of $289.58. This time it was the driver side liner. Nothing was hit, nothing was in the road.

Lost Liner
I proudly purchased my 2014 Equus on 5-9-2015. The first out of town trip started my problems. I was traveling 70 mph on an interstate. The passenger wheel liner released. This was the first of the next 9 times. Nothing was in the road, nothing was run over. When the liner came off, it damaged the passenger side of the front bumper. The clips that hold the bumper in place were broke off. When I returned on 8-6-2015 a new liner was provided but the bumper remained damaged and would not stay in place for the next four years. Many attempts to attach were fruitless. Visits to repair shops had no answer.
