They do a good job of serving my G80. However Genesis has done a poor job issuing map updates.

I'm so sorry, I do it can be frustrating having to wait on the new map update, but we here at the dealership have no control over the map updates.  All we can do is as soon as the update is available we will let you know and get it done for you.

Incompetent, unreliable !
Over- promised and not delivered, initially NOT told about the recall! Since date of purchase to now, 6 weeks, the car has never been cleaned or detailed from sitting out on the used car lot 5 months or longer. They took the car for service and detailing 10 days and NOTHING has been done!!

AMAZING Experience
From the moment I walked into the dealership, I felt at home, at ease, and as if I was the most important customer they had ever had (Even though the showroom was full of other customers). They betnt over backwards to give me the most for my trade in and were able to get me approved through financing even though my credit had been hit hard by the covid-19 pandemic. After this experience, there is no other dealership that I would ever go to!

I am super happy with G90.
After driving S classes the last 35 years I thought I would try Genesis. The car is fantastic and about half the cost. Hub Genesis in Houston has provided the utmost in friendliness and professionalism. My salesman Bob Rhea and service writer Paul are extremely good at their job. I highly recommend.
