HORRIBLE!!!
Worst service experience I have ever had in my life. Took my 2018 Genesis G90 in for an issue and they gave me a repair quote that was ABOVE MSRP by at least 25%. This caused a delay in my warranty company's approval due to what costs their records reflected should be paid for the work. Miraculously(??), the dealership accepted MSRP for the repair. I questioned the service advisor about the quote above MSRP and he said it was company policy!!. While my car was there, I called the service manager twice, to discuss, and he never returned my call. When I picked up the car and spoke to the service manager he tried to pivot and said "your car is fixed and its all good"...LOL..What a bait and switch scenario!!. I told him directly, this ruins the dealerships credibility. I spoke to Hyundai USA and told them the situation and they told me I could go to another dealership, in town, should I need adjustments for this repair. I patronized this dealership for nearly a decade when it was Terry Lee Hyundai and I owned the Hyundai Equus. I will never step foot in here for sales or service. Frankly ,if my car broke down in front of this dealer I would have it towed to the other dealer for service.

Service makes the dealership!
I appreciate Joe Fittz and his willingness to get answers if he does not know. Always accommodating and courteous. I have always been of the opinion that any dealership can sell you a vehicle, the true dedication comes from the service department. I am very happy with my first experience owning a Genesis, I am very happy with the total experience!!

I was treated very well at my oil change/Recall visit. Joe was my agent. They communicated well, completed the repair quickly and returned my car cleaner then it's been in weeks.

Fast and Dependable/Went the extra mile!
They treated my wife like a Queen. They even washed the car & made sure no water spots were on it. We bought the car second hand but they still took the time to make sure service was top notch. They even showed her how to access the App and sign in for remote start.

Excellent sales, finance and service staff. Compared to their competitors, who I dealt with before moving my business to Terry Lee, they are head and shoulders above. I moved from another dealership where I had leased my vehicle because they would not answer the phone, seemed indifferent everytime i went in for a service related question and the service department would not follow up. Genesis needs to be deliberate and conscious of the impact of such negative perceptions as they look to create an competitive edge in the luxury car market. Most of those customers can afford many different choices and are sensitive to the interactions with staff and the upkeep of the facilities. Also fulfilling the service promise at time of purchase is critical to potential repeat customers
