Forget about getting a loaner
Southtowne never has a loaner vehicle for when I drop my car off for service, which is a selling feature of the brand. They schedule appointments for weeks in advance because they never have an available time slot within reason. They have had my car twice now for a vibration in the driveline and they are yet to fix it. First time they balanced the tires without even checking to see if that was the issue or not. Second time, they kept it for 2 days and "couldn't detect" a vibration so they did nothing. I had to research the issue myself, told them about it, and still waiting on them to do anything about it.

The Staff is A plus
The staff member who assisted when having my car service was professional, efficient and move with intentions to get the job done. The staff is great. My rating of three stars is not a reflection of the staff member, it because I do not receive a loaner vehicle equivalent to the vehicle I drive or a loaner vehicle at all. This was included in my benefits package at purchase. The three star rating is the dissatisfaction of not being able to use my benefits.

Courteous , efficient , professional
Initial experience with Southtowne Newnan was quite favorable. Greeted immediately upon arrival. Work completed in a timely manner & scheduling of follow-up work was easily accomplished. Do wish they provided loaner since next service will take all day and I live over i-hour away.

SouthTown Hyundai of Newnan GA has customer service right! Very professional staff, they move with a sense of urgency to complete the service efficiently and quickly. I love the cleanliness of the facility and the waiting area is very comfortable. The staff will ask you if you would like the courtesy vehicle to drop you off for coffee or lunch if your wait is an hour or more, then pick you up when your vehicle is ready. This is also a great place to buy a vehicle. I bought my 2018 Genesis G80 Sport at this location. I've been very satisfied with the whole process and overall experience. Lee Falk was my salesman In 2018 of October...what a great individual to meet. SouthTown doesn't leave you hanging after the sale either.
