Terrible service department. My 2024 Genesis G90 has had constant issues, and the dealership has been unhelpful throughout. I was promised pickup and drop-off service for warranty work and maintenance, but that was never honored. No loaners, no rentals, and they expect you to wait at the dealership even when you bought a six-figure luxury car. Safety concerns were brushed off, including wheel damage and repeated flats, even after losing air at 60 mph on the highway. They also failed to properly address issues like poor acceleration from stops, cabin noise, faulty rear shades, and a moonroof problem that took 4 months to fix. Completely unacceptable.
