Bought a GV80 early January - problems from the beginning with just getting the car registered and delivered - it took 2 weeks. We have a vibration issue when driving - have had it in for service multiple times. It is now March 20th and am still driving a loaner. I estimate I have driven my car for about 3 weeks since owning it. Can't get a straight answer out of them - can NEVER reach anyone when I call or when I leave a message I don't receive a call back. Kassidy the customer service manager was rude to my husband on the phone - worst customer service. I'm sorry I bought my car there!!!
