EXCEPTIONAL COMPANY!!
I recently was in the market for a used Genesis. . I had a horrific experience at another Genesis dealership close by on trying to purchase a GV70.

I called and met with salesman Eric , Manager Ali and the general manager Colby. .

What a delight it is to deal with quality, honest and caring people. I live out of state, but I will shop here again because of their integrity and standing behind their product.! As an owner of a 50 year old company, its impressive to see people of this caliber in sales and just working hard for their clients!

Call these guys, TODAY! You will not be disappointed!!

I have owned Mercedes, infinitys, Cadillacs and Corvettes. Genesis of Melbourne service is the absolute worst I have ever encountered. It is nonexistent. I purchased a new 2024 Genesis GV70 from Genesis Of Melbourne in December 2023. At the time of my purchase I asked about service and I was assured service would not be an issue at this Hyundai dealer selling Genesis. I have found it impossible to speak to a Genesis service representative at this dealership, and I have been trying foralmost a year. I complained to Genesis Motors and a representative recommended I drive 40 miles to a different dealer for service. Unacceptable. Due to lack of service at this dealership, I have decided to get rid of my GV70. Great car, terrible dealer service. Based on my experience with Genesis Of Melbourne, I do not recommend doing business with them.

Good except for the finance dept.
Anthony in sales is great. Willy in service is great. The service is next to none.
However, the finance dept. is a rip-off. The sold me a extended service agreement but never pointed out it cost $2233. When I noticed it in my contract I went to the service department and cancelled it. That was in Nov. It is now Feb. and I am still waiting for the credit to show on my car loan.
