Great experience

We had a very positive experience at Genesis of Mahwah. Ahmed was extremely helpful, patient and listened to what we wanted in a car. I had to go back the next day to ask some questions about the many extras on the car. Ahmed and Juan were more than willing to answer questions and showed me exactly how to use the settings, etc. I had such a positive experience purchasing the car and was encouraged to call or come back with any questions I have in the future.

Nice car, BUT service is consistently awful

Before you buy a car, just try and call Genesis of Mahwah Service Center. Most of the time nobody will answer the phone. If you're lucky, somebody may pickup the phone, then place you on hold and eventually either hang up by accident or ask for your number so somebody can call you back -- then they don't call back. This is true for scheduling and true for pickup once they have your car.

One time I even showed up for service and they didn't have me scheduled in their system, so I had to wait 4 weeks for a new slot. And loaner car... if you can get one expect a Hyundai and not a Genesis.

Service has been so bad, I will likely sell my vehicle in the next 6 months.

Much better than my Infinity Experience

The whole transaction was fun and exciting because of the anticipation of getting our new car. Everyone from the first minute we walked in to the test drive, negotiation and delivery was handled very professionally……and the car was great too!

Genesis - my dream car

Rachael was very professional. Very friendly. It was worth the three hour drive to pick up the Genesis. The Genesis is beautiful. The safety features, comfort and style, exterior and interior, are wonderful.
I highly recommend this SUV.

Different Experience than other Dealers, Way Better

A dealer having a product specialist is fantastic and TJ was more knowledgeable than I have ever seen. The test drive left me wanting the car even more. The sales staff put together a deal that was complicated and never stopped believing in the finish. No pressure but willing to go beyond what was expected.
