Terrible! Stay away from this dealership. I bought GV80 6 months ago. I signed up GAP and extended warranty back then, but the finance team didn't mention about deductible, and they said it would be 10 year coverage but actually it was 9 year coverage along with deductible. Before a month passed, I requested to cancel GAP and extended warranty, and kept requesting to send the refund to Genesis finance which is my auto loan company. But these guys are still holding the refund and never responded to me. I have been calling and leaving messages hundreds times but they have never responded. I am sick of these guys who are terrible. Maybe I better talk with attorney to make it right. Terrible dealership ever!!!
